Fire, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Water.
Fire Beats Wind, as in Wind fuels Fire, so long as the fire element is stronger wind can not beat it.
Wind Beats Earth, as in Earth gets eaten away/broken down (erodes) by Wind.
Earth Beats Lightning, as in Earth blocks Lightning and its destructive power.
Lightning Beats Water, as in Water enhances Lightning's destructive power and spreads it through out Water.
Water Beats Fire, As in Water always puts out Fire when its equal to or stronger to Fire, Fire always has to have two times the strength of Water to over come it.
